After a few rough weeks, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson bounced back in a big way against the Arizona Cardinals to win our Week 15 Air It Out Award!

Russell Wilson came out slinging and compiled 350 yards and 4 touchdowns. What’s even more impressive about Wilson’s stellar performance through the air is that he was also Seattle’s leading rusher with 36 yards–meaning he had no help from the running game. After taking 5 sacks in the first half and going into halftime down 14-3, Russell Wilson nearly led the Seahawks to a wild comeback win against the Cardinals in the 34-31 loss.

The Russell-Wilson-to-Doug-Baldwin connection was on fire, connecting for 13 catches, 171 yards and 1 touchdown. Here’s a few of the big plays Wilson made:

Despite struggling with injuries throughout the season, Wilson is on pace to have his second consecutive 4,000+ yard season as he goes into the Week 17 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Wilson and the Seahawks will be headed to the playoffs after clinching the uncharacteristically bad NFC West. All the counts now though is how a healthier Russell Wilson, the Legion of Boom and the rest of the Seattle Seahawks take care of business in the postseason.
